Bokashi ‘pickles’ your food waste, unlike traditional composting where waste is allowed to decay. The Bokashi system produces nutrient-rich compost that you can dig into your garden. Bucket contents can alternatively be added to your traditional compost bin.

When added to your food waste using the Zing Bokashi Compost-Zing System, the Compost-Zing guides the decomposition of organic matter into a fermenting rather than simply decaying.
